Common questions

Will I lose my progress?: Progress is stored on this iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, mirrored to your own iCloud. It survives app updates; after reinstalling, or on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple Account, it comes back from iCloud. Devices merge to the best result, so nothing is lost.
There is no sound.: Check the iPhone volume and that sound is on in the game's Settings. When the iPhone is in silent mode, iOS mutes game sounds; turn silent mode off to hear them.
I did not get a star. What now?: Tap Again: every day can be played again at once, as often as you like, and the carrots you swallowed are kept even without a star. Every level is checked to be won without any upgrades, so carrots are never required; the work bench (dig deeper, a longer day, a softer pull, quicker paws) only makes it easier. A wolf that plugs the hole never takes anything away.
How do I start over?: In the Warren tap the door (Settings), then Start over and confirm. Stars, carrots, upgrades, rims and the Warren shelves start over, also on your other devices with the same iCloud. Settings stay.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
