Common questions

Will I lose my progress?: Progress is stored on this iPhone and, if you are signed in to iCloud, mirrored to your own iCloud. It survives app updates; after reinstalling, or on another iPhone or iPad with the same Apple Account, it comes back from iCloud. Devices merge to the best result, so nothing is lost.
There is no sound.: Check the iPhone volume and that sound is on in the game's Settings. When the iPhone is in silent mode, iOS mutes game sounds; turn silent mode off to hear them.
The shelf is full and the level is lost. What now?: Tap Again: the level starts over at once, as often as you like. There are no lives and no timer, and every level is checked by a solver, so it can always be cleared from the start. Broom, Lantern, Breeze and Carrot Magnet help on the hard ones.
Nothing in the heap reacts to my taps. What now?: Covered items cannot be taken until the ones on top are gone, and cobwebs and crates open after nearby triples. If nothing at all can be reached, the game gives the heap a free gust; you can also open the pause menu and tap Restart.
How do I start over?: In the attic tap the menu (three dots) at the top right, then Start over and confirm. Levels, rooms, clovers and helpers start over, also on your other devices with the same iCloud.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?: No. There are no ads, no in-app purchases and no account.
