Lepus Rooftop is an iPhone app made by Vladyslav Zaiets. This policy explains what happens with your data when you use it. The short version: the app does not collect personal data and sends nothing to us.

No account, no ads, no analytics, no tracking.
Everything you do in the app stays on your iPhone.
Nothing is sent to us.
Game Center (optional) is run by Apple.
Crash reports leave the phone only if you send them yourself.

What the app collects

Nothing. Lepus Rooftop has no account or sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. It does not connect to any server of ours. The following is stored only on your iPhone: your game progress, upgrades and settings, and crash reports delivered by iOS, if any. It is deleted together with the app. If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or a computer, Apple includes this data in the backup, as with any app.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center on your iPhone, the game sends your scores and achievements to Apple's Game Center so they can appear on leaderboards. Game Center is run by Apple under the Apple Privacy Policy; depending on your Game Center settings, your nickname and scores may be visible to other players. We do not receive your Apple Account, name, email or contacts. The game works the same without Game Center.

Crash reports

If the game crashes or freezes, iOS can hand the app a technical diagnostic report (Apple MetricKit) on the next launch. Such a report contains technical data only: app and iOS version, device model and the place in the code where the problem happened. It is stored on your iPhone and is never sent automatically. While reports exist, the game's Settings show "Send crash report"; only if you tap it and choose how to share (for example, by email) does a report leave your phone. We use shared reports only to fix bugs.

Permissions

The app asks for no permissions: no camera, microphone, photos, location, contacts, health data or notifications, and no permission to track you across apps.

Diagnostics from Apple

If you turned on "Share With App Developers" in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share anonymous crash and usage statistics for this app with us through App Store Connect. You control this setting; the data does not identify you.

Children

Lepus Rooftop is made to be friendly for children. It has no ads and no in-app purchases, and it collects nothing from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to show, correct or delete; deleting the app removes everything it stored. If you write to us by email, we use your address and message only to answer you and delete the conversation on request. You may also contact a data protection supervisory authority.

Changes

If this ever changes, the updated policy will be published on this page before the app update that brings the change.
